This is a simple agreement between you and Windows Helper about using our app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. What You Can Do
You can use Windows Helper on your personal devices to fix and maintain your Windows computer. That's what it's made for!
2. What You Can't Do
We put a lot of work into this app — please respect that:
- Don't copy, share, or resell the app or its fix guides
- Don't try to take apart the app or extract our content
- Don't use the app to do anything illegal
3. Our Content
The 1,000+ fix guides, AI helpers, and all the content in this app are our original work. They're protected by copyright. You're welcome to use them to fix your own PC — that's the whole point — but please don't redistribute them.
4. Push to PC Feature
The App includes a "Push to PC" feature that lets you send repair commands from your phone to your Windows computer — like having an IT professional type the commands for you. Here's how it works:
- Every command is a safe, official Windows tool built by Microsoft (like System File Checker, Disk Cleanup, and Windows Update).
- You always see a confirmation screen showing exactly what will run before anything happens on your PC.
- Commands are encrypted between your phone and PC — nobody else can see or intercept them.
- Results may vary depending on your specific Windows version and configuration.
- You are in full control at all times — nothing runs without your explicit approval.
5. Purchases
If the app offers paid features in the future, payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — not through us. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your phone's account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly.
6. No Guarantees
We work really hard to make sure every fix is accurate and helpful, but every computer is different. We can't guarantee that every fix will work perfectly on your specific setup. Computer repair always comes with some risk — that's true whether you're doing it yourself, using our app, or paying someone 150 dollars per hour at a repair shop.
7. Liability
We're not responsible if something goes wrong with your computer while using the app. All the commands we use are safe, official Microsoft tools — but results depend on your specific system. If something doesn't work, our 1,000+ other fixes are here to help!
8. If You Break the Rules
If you misuse the app (like trying to extract our content or using it for something illegal), we may revoke your access.
9. Other Services We Use
The app uses Google Firebase, Google AI, and Google ML Kit behind the scenes. When you use our app, you're also agreeing to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what each service does.
10. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this agreement as the app evolves. If we make big changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you're OK with the updated terms.
