Getting help

  1. Start in the app — it has 1,000+ step-by-step fixes for the most common Windows problems. Most issues are solved in a few taps, no waiting.
  2. Didn't work? Tell us right in the app — tap "this didn't work" and send the details, so we understand exactly what's happening.
  3. Need more? If we can't sort it out by email, we'll arrange hands-on live help with you directly.

There's no instant remote connection from this website. If live help is ever needed, the team will email you first to arrange a time — a remote session only starts if you approve it on your own screen, and you can end it anytime.
