Here's how getting help works. The full step-by-step fixes live in our app (coming soon) — and you can browse them on the site right now.

Getting help

  1. Browse the site's library of 1,000+ Windows fixes to find your problem — the guided, tap-through version of each fix runs in our app, which is coming soon.
  2. Didn't find your fix, or it didn't help? Email us the details at support@windowshelper.app, so we understand exactly what's happening.
  3. Need more? If we can't sort it out by email, we'll arrange hands-on live help with you directly.

There's no instant remote connection from this website. If live help is ever needed, the team will email you first to arrange a time — a remote session only starts if you approve it on your own screen, and you can end it anytime.
